1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized inflatables (with specific branding, size, or design).
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for cases of defective or incorrect items).

4. Replacement Policy

• If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• In case a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
